+ Very nice staff and owners.Will surely recommend this hotel to other people. We slept there one night and came back two days later and they let us store our luggage before leaving for the airport.

 + The hotel was really clean and spacious, our room was cleaned daily, the bathroom was all imaculate which is always good, the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. No curfew, someone is at reception 24hours, is a 3 min walk to train station wher you can get a easy train to florence for super cheap, is literally 5 mins from the airport so super cheap transfers in taxi. Breakfast daily was fresh coffee, juices, bread, jam, cerial, criosants, all lovely, eat as much as you want, all fresh. Pisa tower is 20 mins walk but better this way as you walk through the city sites on the way, Moderno is in cheaper end of Pisa, gets expensive nearer Tower. I would stay there again, had 3 night there with my boyfriend and we were very happy.
- Our room was on the side of the main road, however we did request a balcony, some minor buiding noises on the opposit side of the street in the morning woke us up, however there are many different rooms you could proberly request, this didnt bother us enough to move though.

 + The cost and the location. Once you get off the plane the train station is at the end of the terminal. The journey took less than 5 mins to Pisa central. Then less than 5 mins walk to the hotel. Staff were great,all took time whilst attempting to speak Italian. Room was clean and tidy with fair amenities. Breakfast was minimal but enough. Didn't visit Pisa for the hotel. Great value. Would use again.

 + Uitstekende uitvalbasis om per trein de mooie steden van Toscane te bezichtigen. Uitstekende ligging:treinstation op 200 meter, Luchthaven van Pisa op 5 minuten per trein vanuit treinstation. Zeer vriendelijk Familie hotel.

 + Su proximidad a la estación de tren y la relación calidad-precio. No era lujoso pero estaba limpio y aseado.

 + upon our arrival the staff immediately recognized our booking, check-in was done within two minutes. every question was answered with kindness and efficiency. The hotel is situated very near the central railway station and only a 15 minute walk to the leaning tower, which is a great choice as you'll probably walk through the central shopping lane and will pass along shops, bars and restaurants.
- Ok, if i really really need to make a negative comment : the name "Moderno" does not really reflect the interior... so what ? I liked staying here.

 + El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de trenes sin embargo queda a 15 minutos de la torre de pisa. A nosotros nos interesaba estar cerca de la estación de trenes, pero si quereis ir al centro de la ciudad hay que andar, o coger bus urbano. La gente del hotel es muy amable, y servicial, nos dejaron guardar las maletas el tiempo que necesitamos hasta que nos fuimos. El desayuno es buffet libre, no es de muy buena calidad pero es verdad que puedes desayunas muy bien!! La habitación muy limpia!! Muy amables y serviciales en todo cuanto pueden!!!
- El único inconveniente es que hay que compartir el baño, pero estaba muy limpio

 + Le personnel est très aimable. On nous a bien accueilli avec le sourire et quelques mots en Français. On nous a donné un plan de la ville avec quelques informations (environ 20 à 25 min à pied de la tour penchée en passant par la rue commerçante).
- Un peu de bruit le soir avec le bar tout proche.
